Literary art for Scroll XI, But Even If He Does Not, showing three Hebrew men with a fourth luminous figure amid fire-toned haze.

Scroll XI Is Now Available: But Even If He Does Not

Three Hebrews stand before Nebuchadnezzar and refuse to bow.

They know their God is able to rescue them from the furnace. But their faith does not depend on rescue.

“But even if He does not, we will not bow.”

In Scroll XI of The Daniel Scroll, Daniel tells Nabu what happened when Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah were thrown into the fire—and of the mysterious fourth figure seen walking with them in the flames.

But Nabu is left with a harder question.

Did they know they would survive?

Daniel’s answer is simple:

“No. That’s what made it worship.”

Read Scroll XI — But Even If He Does Not and continue Nabu’s journey as Daniel’s memories begin to challenge what he believes about faith, fear, and the God of Israel.
